Dr. William T. Choctaw is a healthcare leadership expert and author. He has held many medical staff positions including, Chief of Staff and Chief of Surgery. He has also been Chief Transformation Officer. As a CTO he has developed and implemented a Robust Process Improvement/Lean Six Sigma program that trained over 400 employees, completed 178 Lean and Six Sigma projects and saved an organization over $7.4 million.

Dr. Choctaw is a graduate of the Yale University School of Medicine. He also has earned a Law Degree from Western University College of Law. Dr. Choctaw was recognized in the June 2016 issue of Becker's Hospital Review Magazine, as one of the "top eight Chief Transformation Officers in the country to Know."
